Enabling institutions to author and administer their own Computer-Based Testing
Institutions needed the ability to create and run their own Computer-Based Tests - using their own questions, their own exam parameters (duration, examinee controls) - not a one-size-fits-all exam platform. Existing options didn't give schools and universities that level of control over their own assessment content.
Launch - Server-Client Suite
The server administers the exam - configuring questions, duration, and examinee controls. The client is the interface students use to sit the exam.
ExamLoader - Question Editor
A standalone question-editor application within the suite: examiners can type in questions directly, add graphs and images for visual content (diagrams, charts, formulas), and convert existing question banks from Word or PDF documents straight into AvaFlex's format.
